Poorest customer service ever I’ve been trying to get a refund on my order because it shipped over a week ago still don’t know where it is. It’s like in Dallas it’s four little items. I don’t understand the problem. My order number was 104-37918903. I’ve been on Customer Assistance chat. I cannot get anyone to get a live person to speak to me. I want to contact someone at Corporate. Can’t seem to find that information. This isn’t the company it was 10 years ago. I’m trying to find a way to get a refund for my membership as I no longer want to associate with this Sam’s Club or any Sam’s Club. I love 45 minutes away, so I’m not going to drive to the store to try to get this resolved. I want a refund to my card that I used and I want to cancel my membership and get a refund on the remaining months that I had left on it I will switch to Costco. I’d rather drive an extra hour then have to go through this. I spent way too much time on this on items that are less than $100. I’ve had a membership for over 25 years and I’m a members plus but I’m done.

Get some better help in your cafe area. It has been going downhill for sometime now. First they cannot understand me so you have to point to items on the sheet they have and pray the order is done right which most of the time it is NOT. Today I took my grandkids in and told them we would get treats when done shopping. I get in line and the guy in front of me had his order taken. Then the guy that took his order takes off to later walk by me saying don't worry they will take care of you . Over 5 minutes later still waiting for my order to be taken while two employees are just talking towards the back and the other gal just standing waiting on the pretzel machine to get done. Another gal waiting to place an order further behind us walked up to ask me if i was even getting any help. I said nope been over 5 minutes now. waited a few more minutes and gave up with a very long line behind me and very unhappy grandkids. This is very often the case. Long waits, orders wrong , HUGE HUGE lack of communication while trying to order due to language barrier. I don't pay the pricey membership fee which was $129 just a couple weeks ago .That even went up ! For this kind of service.

Was great, super quick and mostly friendly. She swept my trailer which was way above and beyond. So kudos. I know they dont normally do that. I closed my doors and was like..awe that was sweet

Cafe workers over welmed on friday noon time . 1/2 hr wait for food. Need more staff 18 people was waiting. Also gas prices are same as caseys. Im thinking about not renewing my membership

I'm now absolutely convinced that this Sam's is weighing the meat with the trays without taring the scale. On both my highly-rated Oxo scale and my Cuisinart scale, the flank steak I bought today came in under 2 lbs. I only got it above 2 lbs when I added the tray. Conversely, the ground beef that was packaged elsewhere came in slightly above (3.34 lbs) the weight on the tag (3.30 lbs), which makes since I didn't remove it from the sealed packaging. This wasn't the first time I had problems with the weight I paid for at this Sam's not matching the actual weight of the meat. Further, this Sam’s can be a pain to get out of with the traffic lights at Diers and US-281 packed closely together. Update 5/30/25: Bought some calibration weights and both scales are dead on accurate.
